With smugness and the desire to break taboos, he illuminates the monuments and icons of German and Austrian history that have become mass culture and thus draws colorful, opulent imagery of German Pop. Works by the artist can be found in the collection of the Nordico Stadtmuseum Linz, the Deutsche Bank collection in Frankfurt am Main, the Contemporary Art Collection of the Federal Republic of Germany, the Sprengel Museum Hanover and the Dresden State Art Collection.
